Since joining CPC in 2014 I have been given many opportunities to develop my career. I began my journey at CPC as part of the regional procurement advisory team, providing advice and guidance to CPC members on what is available through CPC membership and how to use our framework agreements.
When I started the team consisted of two procurement advisors but as CPC membership increased as did the need for member support. I was able to get involved in the development of the advisory function, increase the support offered to members and work with colleagues across the business to continuously improve the services we provide.
I’ve benefitted from CPC’s Line Manager development programme, which has allowed me to graduate through team supervisor positions to department manager and more recently to form part of the Group’s Leadership Team as Communications & Engagement Manager.
I am now very fortunate to have the opportunity to provide leadership to a team of marketing and engagement professionals dedicated to spreading the word about CPL Group and the services we provide to the education sector.
