Awarding Public Contracts Skilfully and Lawfully

Our new advanced on-line procurement training delivered in partnership with the White Paper Company, offers to members of CPC or clients of Tenet Education Services, access to a series of discussions and analysis pertaining to tough legal questions looking at the current Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Each question considered is responded to by senior legal personnel with significant procurement and contract law expertise.

Designed for procurement professionals, CPL Learning will offer each registered procurement professional an aide memoire that details each question presented with the key learning points from each session outlined so that members are informed from the outset what will be discussed. Most questions also come with a slide show of the presentation available for download by November 15^th 2022 which is also the expiry date for access to the training.

Although there are new Public Contracts Regulations presently before Parliament, the existing regulations will remain the standard under which procurement activities continue to take place in the UK until the autumn of 2023.
