The objective of this course is to understand how contracts are constructed, the terminology used in contract preparation, to be able to recognise the differences between the sections when constructing contracts and to understand how contracts can be formed. Following this course, you will also be able to to understand some of the terminology used in contract law, what makes up “boiler plate” clauses and understand the “Battle of the forms”
