The basic principles of contract law

The objective of this course is to understand how contracts are constructed​, the terminology used in contract preparation​, to be able to recognise the differences between the sections when constructing contracts​ and to understand how contracts can be formed​. Following this course, you will also be able to to understand some of the terminology used in contract law​, what makes up “boiler plate” clauses​ and understand the “Battle of the forms”​
